Oh yeah, any such leap of thinking that leads you to believe that humans are pre-programmed with these algorithms by some omnipotent being is outside the scope my thinking on the matter. The inherent algorithms could be nothing other than an evolutionary process of time, crossover, and inversion in natural cosmological material that results in form or substances that are simultaneously, though seemingly different, composed of the very material found throughout all of the known universe.
Just as genetics must strike a balance between exploration and exploitation, determining which algorithm allows for expanded states of conscious awareness must strike a balance between the constraints of genetic algorithms and cosmological ones. Given the effects of gravitational influence, observation, and interaction constantly altering any algorithm or body of manifested energy, a more free-spirited flowing exploration rather than a rigidly defined one has a better chance of yielding undiscovered potential.
If we superimpose the biological algorithms that are at their best when exploring complex landscapes to locate regions of enhanced opportunity, we may derive the idea that by adjusting our biological algorithm through natural selection, it is possible to find ourselves presented with the opportunity to expand our present cognitive, mass-bound algorithm into a cosmological, infinitely existing algorithm that could preserve conscious awareness, thereby presenting the most novel condition for human evolution.
Typically, when an algorithm is associated with processing information, data is read from an input source, written to an output device, and discarded or stored for further processing. Stored data is regarded as part of the internal state of the entity performing the algorithm. In practice, the state is stored in one or more data structures or complex building blocks.
The DNA molecule is a biological data structure that has an inherent algorithm allowing for specific sequences (i.e., consciousness) to take place. Assuming that there is a shared algorithm inherent in the particles of DNA and the particles that make up the universe, and assuming that:
1. Both the human body and universe are composed of an infinite number of infinitely small particles clustering together, following an algorithm of specific sequences, and;
2. A common algorithm relating to hydrogen, both atomic and molecular, can exist as a variation of the same substance, which can interact via quantum waves, and;
3. Even when H2 is not excited to specific quantum states, there is another kind of interaction that perturbs and slows down the moving proton, and;
4. Structure formation in the universe proceeds hierarchically, with the smallest structures collapsing first, followed by galaxies and then clusters of galaxies, and;
5. Dark matter acts as a compactor of structure, and;
6. An electromagnetic wave train (light is a wave-train of electromagnetic radiation) always possesses two frequency components: a high-frequency and a very low frequency component, depending on the time of coherence (known as the length of coherence), and;
7. Atomic hydrogen is extremely unstable, reacting violently to produce molecular hydrogen, which is extremely stable and present in DNA, and;
8. Waves can move relative to fluid and form clusters, and;
9. The motion in a magnetic field of an electrically charged particle (such as an electron or ion in a plasma) can be treated as a superposition of a relatively fast circular motion around a point called the guilding center and a relatively slow drift of this point, and;
10. Drift speeds may differ for various species depending on their charge states, masses, or temperatures, possibly resulting in electric currents or chemical separation, and;
11. The universe as a whole contains far more matter than that which interacts with electromagnetic radiation: the remainder is called the "dark matter component," and;
12. The dark matter component has much more mass than the "visible" component of the universe (only about 4% of the total energy density in the universe [as inferred from gravitational effects] can be seen directly), and;
13. The remaining 74% of the total energy density in the universe is thought to consist of dark energy, an even stranger component, distributed diffusely in space, then:
